Overtime Charges
- Applicable hours: Hours outside the standard daily rental hours (00:00-08:00 and 20:00-24:00)
- 1/20 of the daily Rental fee per 30-minute interval
- However, overtime charges are waived for up to two hours per day, subject to a maximum of 10 hours over the rental period.
- However, overtime charges cannot be waived for use before 08:00 on the rental start date or after 24:00 on the rental end date.
- Daily overtime charges may not exceed the daily rental rate.
• Lobby reantal fee (prior consultation required): KRW 20,000 per m² per day

Gate Media (Digital Entrance Signage): KRW 1,000,000
- Display period: From move-in day through the end of the event

Payment Schedule

Down Payment 20% of the rental fee Upon contract signing
First Interim Payment 30% of the rental fee No later than 270 days before the rental start date
Second Interim Payment 30% of the rental fee No later than 180 days before the rental start date
Balance 20% of the rental fee No later than 15 days before the rental start date
Value-Added Tax 10% of the rental fee No later than 15 days before the rental start date
Maintenance Deposit Amount specified in the contract No later than 15 days before the rental start date
